Ingredients:
6 small, ripe tomatoes
½ C whipping cream
1 TBS horseradish
½ tsp. Dijon mustard
Dash of salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. sugar
Instructions:
Cut tops from tomatoes; hollow out slightly, scooping out seeds. Whip cream until stiff; fold in remaining ingredients. Fill tomatoes just before serving.
Cute idea using the tomatoes for a holder!! We always have a beef tenderloin & this would be perfect.
